Patch - Polar Plunge

Did you know cold water immersion enhances immunity, increases metabolism, rejuvenates, uplifts, and can even make a hangover a little bit better? And yes, it’s time to earn your annual Polar Plunge patch.

Ruck distance: Do your plunge, do some PT and ruck 4 miles to warm yourself up. Hot cocoa or coffee at the finish line! (For those in warmer climates, be creative. We know you will!) Bonus #coolpoints for those who submerge all the way in icy water.
